Return & Exchange Policy

The following is for purchases and returns made and shipped in the US only. Please email or call for information if you purchased from or need a exchange outside the US.

Returns:
  1. We accept returns for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.(We extend the thirty days until January 15th on orders placed in Nov and Dec for the winter holidays.)
  2. All returns must be unused, in original new condition, complete with original bags, hang tag (on staffs), and extras (rubber tip and joint lube on staffs). Feel free to keep our brochure!
  3. Please email or call for a Return Authorization number (RA) before returning your merchandise (merchandise returned without RA numbers will be delayed in processing). Write the RA number on a copy of your original receipt and include with merchandise, or, on a piece of paper, include your name, address, original PO number and RA number, and include with merchandise.
  4. Securely package the item(s) and return to us using the shipper of your choice - USPS ( which is generally the least expensive), UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. - whatever works for you

  6. When the merchandise is received and verified as new*, we will refund the cost of the original merchandise back to the credit card used for the original purchase. (Gift items can either be refunded back to original purchaser credit card, or we can issue you a check for original merchandise cost. Please specify on the return which you would prefer). (*we suggest that you always take your new merchandise out for a "test run" in your home. Once an item is used outdoors, we will not accept it back as a return. We will not refund nor return to sender any used merchandise)
  7. Refunds are issued for the original price paid for the returned merchandise. We do not refund shipping and handling fees.
Exchanges:
  1. 1. If you need to return an item or items AND want to re-order the same item or items in a different size or model type, we will offer you FREE SHIPPING on your replacement order. We accept exchanges for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
  2. All returned merchandise must be unused, in original new condition, complete with original bags, hang tag (on staffs), and extras (rubber tip and joint lube on staffs). Feel free to keep our brochure!
  3. Please call or email to place new order and the shipping/handling cost will be waived.
  4. We will include a postage-paid envelope for return of the old merchandise - no charge for return of old merchandise.
